Converting new customers on an unconventional sizing system
Notes
- Buttz sells underwear in three sizes that fit XS to 5XL, but their old site buried that story. We built a custom size finder that takes height, weight, and body type and returns a size recommendation, a collection link, and relevant product suggestions in one interaction. On top of that, we restructured the entire site to surface all main product lines, tightened PLP-to-collection linking across the three size ranges, and added cart cross-sells throughout. The whole thing runs on a branded Shopify layout that matches the energy of the product.
