  • Forms is a headless, multi-brand marketplace for art, fashion, and objects we built in Summer 2025, unifying four distinct brands (Forms, Artifaxing, WINS, and Slawn City) under one system. Rather than running separate domains per label, we used a token-driven design system so each brand keeps its own identity while sharing UI components and email infrastructure underneath. The stack is Next.js, Shopify (product CMS and checkout), Sanity (no-code editorial control), and Mailchimp (segmentation and lifecycle flows). Headline performance: a 5.9% conversion rate and a 12.9% email signup rate, the latter hit within the first 30 days on the Artifaxing landing page alone.
  • The system flexed across very different launches without rebuilds. The Artifaxing x Slawn City collab drove enough demand to move apparel plus a $300,000 Lamborghini around Art Basel, while WINS scaled from a single landing page to a full Shopify store in three months, backed by in-person run events that pulled 300+ attendees across London and Paris. The core pitch for any web lead: one headless platform that lets wildly different creative audiences live under one roof, ship fast, and convert, without flattening any individual brand or requiring a separate build each time.
